RULES & RESTRICTIONS:

    All participants must be over 21 years of age.  Participants can only register once per giveaway and must register for each item contest separately - entering for this week's giveaway will not put you in the drawing for next week's drawing too.  Each contest item will be displayed online for roughly one week, though there may be occasions when an item is displayed for longer than that.  The registration window for each item will correspond to the period of time during which it is displayed.  At the conclusion of the giveaway contest, the item will be removed from the website and a winner selected at random.
     Items in our drawings may be subject to terms and conditions imposed by the donating person or organization offering them, and for which Sun Valley Magazine may not be held responsible.  Sun Valley Magazine will, however, present as much information about the item as is provided to us.  Employees of Sun Valley Magazine and their families are not allowed to enter the giveaway contest.  Winners will be notified via the contact information provided above and their name announced in a follow up email to all participants.  In the event that we are unable to reach the winner, or the winner does not respond to notifications within 48 hours, another winner will be selected.
     Sun Valley Magazine will not sell, lease, share or otherwise distribute your contact information to any third party.  We will send out a follow up notification to subscribers and will send a message whenever a new contest item is being posted.  However, you can unsubscribe to future updates at any time.  Thanks for participating.
