Could you please tell me if you are aware of an organization for women who sponser fly fishing retreats other than for breast cancer suvivers .I am a californis resident
I loved the article Reel Recovery for men, and am familiar with the breast cancer Casting for Recovery. Unfortunately I do not qualify because I am battling ovarian cancer .
Thank you for your assiatance.
S. Stevens
Thanks for the kind comments, S. Stevens.
At this point, we don't know of any other programs like Casting for Recovery that deal with other forms of cancer for women.
Reel Recovery, of course, takes men with any form, whereas CFR is limited to breast cancer only.
But we are actively trying to find some and will let you know what we come up with.
We will list any we find here and I will personally send you any info we find as well.
Good luck and much blessings in your battle!
Mike
