Rice Pudding

Ingredients: 1/2 gallon whole milk 3/4 cup blue rose rice 2 cinnamon sticks 1 cup sugar
Preparation - Directions: Heat milk, rice, and cinnamon sticks in a 6qt. pot on medium heat. Stir the mixture every few minutes until it comes to a boil. Make sure it doesn't stick to the bottom. Reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes. Add the sugar and continue cooking until the bubbles look like they are starting to thicken, about 15 to 30 minutes. Remove from heat and ladle into serving dishes. Sprinkle with ground cinnamon. May be served warm or chilled.
