The Cowboy Cocina, owned by true Texans, Dick and Chris Lemon, offers a wide menu of casual cowboy options including Big Grub like a Blaine County Burger with grilled jalapenos and onions and cheddar cheese; Catfish Platter with black beans and sweet potato fries and the always-hearty Chicken Fried Steak. Also Tex-Mex favorites like tacos, quesadillas and nachos. Out-on-the-prairie salads include a Marinated Chicken Salad and a Taco Beef Salad with Texas Pico de Gallo. For something different, try the Spinach Salad with bacon, red onion, hard-boiled egg, tomato and deviled pecans.
