A Quick Bite at Rolling in Dough

When I stopped in at Rolling in Dough for a quick Wednesday pick-me-up, I had no idea what to order…there were choices abound at this newish Ketchum bakery that has quickly become a local’s favorite. Nancy Rutherford, owner and baker of fine (and delicious) European Pastries, pointed me to a divine lemon tart. I took it back to the office with me and finished it before I could even say YUM!       

All I had left to take a photo of was my empty dish.  But luckily for you, Nancy has amazing photos of all her tasty treats on the Rolling in Dough website and I was able to share a quick peek at the lemon tart that WAS my afternoon delight.
