Blue Skies

Just this morning after a brisk and sunny walk with Thurman the King of Dogs, it began to snow. Moments later it was done. In the meantime the temperature dropped, and I began making soup. This soup, filled with fresh Idaho’s Bounty produce including fantastic red mustard leaves, is perfect for this time of year. It's made with a dash of spring but it's perfect for cold weather. It warms as it holds promise for fresh greens to come. Meanwhile, hit the slopes or the trails. And by night, there’s plenty of music and events to keep your life merry.
Hey, is that blue sky I see?
