The Swarming of the Wagons

Sep 2, 2009 - 12:33 PM

Impossibly, sadly, regretfully August has come and gone. But don’t weep yet for the lost season of sun—Wagon Days approaches. This coming weekend is one of the busiest of the year in our little Valley. You like performance horses? Got ‘em. How about dancing? Check. Does your mouth water at the thought of an endless supply of flapjacks? Yup, got those too. Fancy cool cars? Antiques? Fine art? A huge, non-motorized parade of historic ore wagons and horses? Check on all accounts. Things get started today and will build through the week.
