Who, What, Where, Now!
One Foot Hither

There is no weekend in the summer I love so much as this one. The Northern Rockies Folk Festival brings fantastic tunes to downtown Hailey, the full Summer Symphony opens in Sun Valley, the YMCA benefit, Broadway comes to Main Street and the Tour of Homes meanders through an attractive Ketchum neighborhood. But one can’t be everywhere, though we try: one foot hither, another thither, an elbow in that corner and a finger in that pie. It’s heady and if you’re a good multi-tasker you might be able to do it all!
Friday – July 31

They play an ingenious mix of salsa, meringue, rock, cumbia, conjunto, polka, zydeco, classical, cha-cha, the blues and, yes, more. Then finish up the night grooving to the legendary driving beats of The Blasters. Tonight’s show is $12, or $25 for the whole weekend.
