Carmen's New Year's Resolution is to find all the Shelter kitties a forever home, and one for herself, of course!
Carmen is a beautiful blue-gray, three year-old female Persian mix, who is way less serious than she looks! She likes to snuggle and has a sweet meow which says, "Happy Mew Year to You!"
